Booking

1. Decide on your coaching or tutoring programme, book your sessions based on availability, and make the payment in advance.

Rebooking

1. Private coaching or tutoring sessions can be rebooked for Free if you contact us at least 24 hours before the session. You can rebook the session within 60 days of the original session date.
2. If you cancel your session within the last 24 hours before your session, you will NOT be able to rebook the session for Free and will forfeit the money invested in that session. To rebook the missed session, you will have to pay for it again, pro-rata.

Refunds Policy

1. We don't issue refunds.
